S series multi-effect distilled water is designed using the principle of falling film multi-stage evaporation. The first effect is heated by an external heat source (industrial steam), and the distillers at all levels use the pure steam generated by the previous effect to obtain sufficient heat energy. The raw water that has not evaporated in the first effect can be used as the raw material for the next effect, and so on.

Equipment Features:

The whole equipment is made of 316L stainless steel, and the operating surface is pickled and passivated: The pipeline system is made of mirror polished 0.6 μm Ra 316L stainless steel pipe, which is welded by automatic track, and is connected with the clean flange and medical grade gasket

. The material is wool insulation, and the outside of the equipment is covered with 304 stainless steel matte protection layer. The scaffold is made of stainless steel.
