Standard configuration of water inlet booster pump, buffer tank and water collection tank. The equipment comes standard with factory steam pressure reducing valve and non-condensable gas continuous discharge device.

In addition, the F series equipment continuously discharges residual liquid, and records the conductivity and valve position of the water for injection. The equipment is factory-accepted for a full set of equipment, and the water inlet is deionized or RO water.
